Refund Policy

At Shri Vaastu [Ajay Gupta & Sons HUF], we are committed to providing high-quality consultations and services. If for any reason ​you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your consultation report. We will review your ​feedback and work with you to address any concerns.

 

Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds are available if the consultation has not been performed and no recommendations have been provided within 7 ​days of making the payment

• No partial refunds will be considered

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days & will be credited through Bank transfer using IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/UPI

 

Non-Refundable Services

• Payments for consultations already completed and recommendations provided are non-refundable

• Fees for additional services, site visits or follow-up consultations are non-refundable
